Karon graduated from Auburn University in 2008 with a degree in Biomedical Sciences.  Karon moved to Birmingham following college and worked in the healthcare industry for over 13 years before joining OMS in 2023.

During her free time, Karon spends most of her time with her daughter, Cecile, and husband, Scott.
