Katie graduated from Auburn University in 2008 with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.  After college, Katie worked 13 years with ExxonMobil in a broad range of roles including Sales, Pricing, Internal Audit, and Digital Analytics. 

Katie recently relocated to Birmingham, AL to be near family and is the Director of Human Resources and Compliance at OMS Consulting. 

She enjoys hiking, strategy games and spoiling Fred, her Labrador retriever.  Molly Spinks, our COO, is Katie’s sister-in-law.
