Kristan Jobe "KJ" has been in the dental/surgery field for 17 years. She is currently the Director of Operations for OMS Consulting and started in October of 2021 after working with a large DSO for 15 years. While working with this DSO, she worked as a Regional Operations Partner for the general anesthesia program.

When she’s not managing the day-to-day operations for OMS Consulting clinics, she’s an avid football fan that loves spending time with her 3 kids and husband of 18 years.
