Meredith graduated from Freed-Hardeman University with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2018. After college, she moved to Fresno, California with her husband and worked as a Registered Nurse in the NICU for 4 years.

After her son Sam was born, her family moved back home to Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Before taking over as Director of Nursing, she handled nurse recruiting for OMS Consulting.

Meredith enjoys visiting National Parks, spending time outdoors with her family, and baking.
