Molly graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. After graduation Molly was accepted into a Masters program at the University of Alabama in Birmingham where she obtained her Masters in Public Health with a focus on Maternal and Child Health, as well as Policy and Leadership.

During her Masters program Molly interned and began working with a pediatric DSO. Molly has worked in the dental field for over 10 years in a variety of roles including marketing, management, clinical, and as a Director of Operations. Molly is the Chief Operating Officer for OMS Consulting.

During her free time Molly enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 boys.
